General Shipping Policy
Rogers Market uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery of orders. Actual shipping costs per order are based on your order total weight, delivery method, and your delivery location in relation to our base zipcode 16830.
USPS provides cost effective package delivery, saving you money on shipping. Orders ship with USPS delivery confirmation numbers.
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving order. In most cases all orders received before 3pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will ship that business day.
All orders after 3pm, Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will ship the next business day.
A USPS shipping estimation calculator is provided on shopping cart page to provide shipping costs before you actually checkout. Currently shipping is only available to United States.
Orders sent USPS 1st Class for any total order weight below 13 ounces.
USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail for all orders over 13 ounces regardless of weight. Orders ship with USPS delivery confirmation number.
We will ship your order USPS Express upon request. Please send us message so we can quote price and adjust order invoice.
We currently only ship to the United States. Please send any questions before completing order to sales@rogersmarket.com
Shipping Times
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving order. In most cases all orders received before 3pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will ship that business day.
All orders after 3pm, Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will ship the next business day. Although we make every attempt to ship the same day when possible. We do all we can to get your order shipped quickly so you receive order promptly. We are not responsible for any delays once in possession of third party shipper U.S.P.S. If an issue arises with delivery we will work with you and U.S.P.S if necessary to correct issue. We will do all we can to ensure timely and correct delivery.
Actual transit times vary from 3 - 10 days for all United States locations. Alaska, Hawaii, and other outlying US territories may take a few days more.
Returns
Returns accepted for 15 days after purchase date for any new mechandise defective item. Return original item along with all reciepts/invoices and original item packaging. Once order is recieved we will promptly issue refund (will include total cost including shipping) will be processed as quickly as possible to method of payment used at checkout.
In some cases we will issue a Money Order with trackable serial number. Payments made using Paypal for example disallow refunds after a specified number of days and therefore we may not be able to refund Paypal account directly. We will have to issue money order.
As some items may be purchased as gifts during the Holiday season, all refundable items purchased between November 1st and December 23rd will have 15 days from December 26th. Return original reciept and item packaging. Refund processed as quickly as possible once we recieve returned item.
All forms of media are not returnable unless found to be defective. We cannot issue refunds for cd's, dvd's, computer software, books, audio books, anything that can be recordable or copied, etc that has been opened unless the form of media is found to be defective. We will not accept any form of media that is returned as didn't work and we find the media has been copied and or recorded and purposely altered to make it look like it didn't work.
We work very hard to ensure each of our items is as described and will function properly. All used and collectible items are sold AS IS. With used and collectible items we may not have total item history. We will describe each item with as much information as possible. All of our used books are througholy reviewed and defects listed. All of our used books are listed in our USED BOOKS section and all are in very good to like new condition. Minor defects are expected and will be listed as best as possible.
